A startup company based in Singapore, Cognotiv is a dynamic team of qualified trainers, AI specialists and lifelong learners. The team has a common goal, to improve learning and training.

Currently, one of the challenges within the learning and training ecosystem is that learners are often not given the flexibility to mix bite-size modules from different courses to form their own learning journey in order to address knowledge gaps. This also leads to an inequitable absorption of knowledge in classes with learners having different prior skills and knowledge, especially with adult learners. This also poses a challenge for trainers and organisations with regard to how they can efficiently value-add to each learner’s learning path.

These challenges motivated the search for a solution, and PandaiSuite was brn. The team at Cognotiv continues its focus on research and development on AI and learning experience to further innovate the learning experience.
